Thrust Self-aligning Roller Bearings


★ Product Characteristics


Thrust self-aligning roller bearing is identical to self-aligning roller bearing. The seat ring raceway surface is sphere whose center is points consistent with the bearing central axis. The roller of this type of bearing is spherical. So it is provided with self-adjusting function. It is not sensitive to concentricity and shaft flexure.

Different from other thrust bearings in the sample, this type of bearing is provided with super axial load capacity, and it can be subject to definite radial load while being subject to axial load. But the radial load can not exceed 55% of the axial load.

The bearing allows aligning angle listed in the table bellow as long as P and P0 do not exceed 0.05C0 and the blowout patch rotates.

Small values are suitable for large bearings, and permissible aligning angle will minish when load increases.

It is usually lubricated by oil when utilizing.

This type of bearing is mainly applied on hydroelectric generator, vertical type motor, marine propeller shaft, tower crane and extruder etc.

Inner diameter range:60mm~1120mm
Outer diameter range:130mm~1460mm
height range: 39mm~354 mm

◆ Tolerance

ZWZ thrust self-aligning roller bearing can offer P0,P6 and P5 grade tolerance products.

★ Holder

The holder usually adopts brass entity holder and stamping holder. When adopting brass entity holder, the postposition code is not marked, but corresponding codes of other holders should be marked.

● Minimum Axial Load

The minimum axial load required by working thrust self-aligning roller bearing

Famin(choose the bigger vague calculated in the following two formulas)

Famin=1.8Fr+1.33(C0a/2000)2*

In the formulas:
Famin: required minimum axial load kN
n:number of turns
C0a:basic rated dead load kN
Fr : radial load kN

P0=Fa+2.7Fr
