★ Product Characteristics
The outer race and the inner race of the Tapered Roller Bearing are provided with conical raceway, and conical rollers are mounted on among raceways. If the conical surface is extended, it will converge on one point of the bearing axis. Tapered Roller Bearing is mainly used to be subject to radial and axial combination load in which the radial load is major load. Axial load capacity of the bearing is determined by contact angle. The larger the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity. The Tapered Roller Bearing is separate bearing. The inner race provided with rollers and holder composes the inner component, which can be separately mounted with the outer race.
This type of bearing can limit one side axial displacement of shaft or housing, and does not allow shaft to incline relative to housing bore. Under the effect of radial load, additional axial force will be generated. So the outer race and the inner race are generally mounted opposite to ends in the two supports of the bearing.
This type of bearing is mainly applied on front wheel and rear wheel of cars, transmission, differential mechanism, shaft pinion, machine tool main shaft, construction machinery, large-sized agricultural machinery, mechanical reduction gear of railway car and rolling mill journal speed reducer.

Structure type of metric and English single-row, double-row and four-row Tapered Roller Bearings produced by ZWZ
1. Single-row Tapered Roller Bearing
This type of bearings can only limit axial displacement of shaft or housing in one direction, and be subject to axial load in one direction. Under the effect of radial load, axial force generated in bearing should be balanced, and two bearings should be used in face to face type or back to back type.
2. Double-row Tapered Roller Bearing
This type of conical bearing can be subject to bidirectional axial load while being subject to radial load. The bidirectional movement of shaft or housing can be limited in the axial windage bound.
3. Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing
The performance of this type of bearing is almost identical with double-row Tapered Roller Bearing, but the bearing can be subject to larger radial load than double-row Tapered Roller Bearing. Its limit speed is a little lower, and it is mainly applied on heavy-duty machine such as rolling mill etc.
4. Multi-seal Double-row, Four-row Tapered Roller Bearing
ZWZ offers multi-seal double-row, four-row Tapered Roller Bearing with a long life. The bearing is individuation brand newly designed, and traditional design method of omniseal bearing is changed. A new seal type to seal and prevent dust is adopted. The seal effect is improved, and the seal performance is enhanced. Compared with open bearing, the life span of multi-seal double-row, four-row Tapered Roller Bearing is enhanced by 20%~40%, and the lubricant consumption is reduced by 80%.
Multi-seal bearing is marked by postposition code XRS.

◆ Tolerance
ZWZ metric Tapered Roller Bearing is provided with plain grade tolerance, and ZWZ also offers products of P6X、P6、P5、P4、P2 grade, which are all accords with GB307.1.
ZWZ English Tapered Roller Bearing is provided with plain grade tolerance, and products of CL2、CL3、CL0、CL00 grade can also be offered according to requirements.
▲ Radial Windage
ZWZ single-row Tapered Roller Bearing is provided with windage only after it is mounted, and the windage is determined after the bearing is adjusted by a bearing located in the opposite direction.
★ Holder
Tapered Roller Bearing usually adopts steel sheet stamping, basket shape holder. But sweeping entity mainstay holder is adopted when the dimension is large.
1. When bearing outer diameter D≤650mm, steel sheet stamping holder is adopted, and all the postposition codes of the holders are not marked.
2. When bearing outer diameter D>650mm, steel entity mainstay holder is adopted, and all the postposition codes are not marked.
