Quality System

ZWZ is the enterprise who took lead in achieving ISO9001 International Quality Attestation System recognition in bearing industry countrywide in July, 1999; it passed quality system auditing of ISO9001:2000 version, quality system recognition of QS9000 and recognition of VDA 6.1 in 2001. It also passed two-party auditing of six large sized enterprises at home and abroad in the same year. It passed recognition of VDA6.1 standard in 2002, and passed International Standard ISO 14001 of Environment Management System recognition in bearing industry countrywide in advance in 2003. It passed ISO/T16949:2002 standard recognition in 2004, and passed GJB9001A:2001 standard recognition in 2005. In order to ensure that the substance quality level of bearing products can be in the leading level in both home and abroad, ZWZ controls the whole process totally according to international standard system. The whole process includes acquisition of materials, production-manufacturing, physical distribution management, product sale, customer service and working and producing conditions.

ZWZ has been carrying on product brightness project, product cleaning project, packing project, product separation project and process innovation project since 2001. The quality and technological level of ZWZ products are greatly improved.

Product brightness project: the all round product ‘brightness project" was carried on from 2000. After implementation of three steps, the 100% brightness of product corners and surfaces was realized.

Product cleaning project: the product "cleaning project" was carried on from 2001. Stage filtering equipments are positioned on all grinder water tanks. Double layer filter screens are added on the washer and oiler. 100% of the grinder workpiece was cleaned in the cleaning box. 100% of the product roller plastic boxes are cleaned. Tray or wood board was spread in the process. Magnetizer, shot-blasting machine and magnetic cobbing machine were spread and applied in the process. So that many requirements as realized, such as no grinding wheel powder and other greasy dirt on the product, clean operating table and various apparatus and clear coolant and cleaning agent.

Packing project: international advanced packing manner was brought in. Packing standard was made according to user's requirements and product characteristics. The packing quality of ZWZ products was greatly improved. Beautiful and firm package has made ZWZ products become attractive landscape in the market.

Product separation project: separate pads were added among products. Product process equipment and carrying devices structure were improved. Operator's behavior was normalized. So there is no contact among product layout, procedure products and products. The products were laid in order, and zero knock and injury were realized in the manufacturing process.

Process innovation project: the process was optimized, and the rough machining allowance was reduced. The discreteness of product dimensions was controlled. The grinding frequency was reduced, and the product precision class was enhanced.

The recognition of operators exempt from inspection: in order to enhance the diathesis of operators and quality consciousness of the staff, to enhance product quality, through recognition mode of recommendation by unit and preliminarily and finally appraised by company, 1000 company level operators exempt from inspection would be engaged.
