Wafangdian Bearing Group Corporation, short for ZWZ, was established in 1938 and restructured to be a solely State-Owned Company in 1995. In 1997, it was listed in B share market as one of the founder members. ZWZ is the birthplace of China bearing industry and famous as the hometown and cradle of this field. It comprehensively ranks No. 1 in China bearing industry and No. 13 in the world. It is within the Top 500 Companies in both China manufacture industry and China machinery industry. The dominant products of ZWZ are Industrial bearing,C.V.Joint and Precision Ball Screw. They are widely applied in railway, automobile, metallurgy, mining, general machinery, petrol, irrigation works, electric power, machine tools, chemical industry, IT, industrial robot, aviation, spaceflight, etc. They are sold to tens of thousands of domestic customers and over 80 countries and areas in the world.
ZWZ has 13 domestic sales companies, one importing and exporting company, 118 international agents, 100 domestic agents and 10 logistic centers in central cities. Its products are exported to GE, EATON, Japan HI Corporation, Britain GKN auto, India LNM and other World Top 500 companies. ZWZ has built the cooperative partnership of product development and strategic supplier with them.
ZWZ has a state-level Technical Center and the largest Bearing Testing Center with the widest functions and most advanced technology in China. It has passed the CNAL accreditation and becomes a state-level bearing lab. There are many professionals in various fields and bearing experts. Now it has got more than 100 national patents. The over 13500 types of bearing and C.V.Joints all have their own intellectual property right, accounting for up to 26% of the types of world's general bearings. ZWZ took the lead of domestic bearing industry in passing the International Environment Certification of ISO9000, VDA6.1, ISO14001, QS9000, ISO/TS16949 and AAR, the America Quality/Environment Management System Certification. It has passed the second-party quality audit of many multinational companies and got the permission to enter into international market, making its quality management system in accordance with the international standard. Aimed at the advanced international level, ZWZ processed a large-scale technical reconstruction under the principle of high starting point, high level, high input and fast output.
