Ceramic Bearings

★　Product Characteristics

For ceramic bearing produced by ZWZ, the ferrule is made of bearing steel, while the roller body is made of silicon nitride（Si3N4）. It belongs to mixed ceramic bearing. Mixed ceramic bearing is provided with good insulating property, which can prevent damage to grease lubricant and raceway caused by electric arc generated by alternating current or direct current. Mixed ceramic bearing is provided with very high impedance in high frequency voltage, so it can prevent high frequent current passing the roller body and the raceway.

Mixed ceramic angular contact ball bearing

Inner diameter range:25mm～65mm
Outer diameter range:62mm～140mm
Width range:17mm～33mm

ZWZ mixed ceramic bearing adopts GB307.1 standard tolerance

According to dimension and use differences, the following holders are mounted on ZWZ mixed ceramic bearing:

Intensified nylon 66 holder
Stamping steel sheet holder
Copper holder
Carbon steel holder

●　Radial Windage

ZWZ mixed ceramic deep groove ball bearing adopts the 3 groups of windage in GB4604.
